She came to WRAL as a weekday morning anchor and reporter in the Raleigh, Durham, North Carolina area in August 2016 and remained there until June 2020. Tillett subsequently obtained a promotion to work as a reporter and anchor for the same company from June 2020 to December 2020. She was a daily anchor and reporter for WRAL News.
